The Business Analyst Principal role is part of the broader conversion of systems to S/4 Hana, focusing on
the new technology environment in the ARGO project. The projects involve SAP procedures at Team
TIFM (Modules CS/PM and others) and support the client’s transition to S/4 Hana, particularly in the
areas of facility management (TFM, OM, IFM). The service provider will work closely with business units
to identify and implement business requirements and develop and present solutions.
Services Required:
 Business Analysis:
o Analyze and identify business processes to uncover weaknesses and opportunities for
improvement.
o Develop and present solutions that meet business requirements while being effective
and efficient.
o Validate solutions to ensure they meet the client’s business requirements.
 Consulting:
o Provide consulting on technical analysis of requirements in the SAP PM environment,
focusing on facility management (TFM, OM, IFM) and SAP standard software.
o Cooperate with business units to identify and implement business requirements.
o Prepare training materials in collaboration with the relevant responsible business units
of the client.
 Collaboration and Support:
o Work with development teams and other stakeholders within the client organization to
implement solutions according to client requirements.

Project Details:
 Location:
o The primary place of performance is Frankfurt and Berlin, Germany. Services are
primarily provided onshore from Germany. Any services provided outside Germany
must be approved by the client beforehand, with any cost advantages passed on to the
project. Services outside the EU are generally not planned.
o Regular on-site activities are not planned, except as necessary for technical meetings.

Technical Requirements:
 Experience:

o SAP Modules:
 At least 7 years of practical experience in consulting in two of the SAP modules
(CS/PM/SD/PS/MM).
 At least 3 years of experience in project management of the maintenance of
fixed installations at railway companies (EVUs).

o Facility Management:
 Knowledge of business processes in Technical Facility Management (TFM),
including Object Management (OM) and Infrastructural Facility Management
(IFM).
 Experience in strategic issues related to maintenance in facility management
(e.g., system availability, downtime reduction, maintenance cost optimization).

o Industry Knowledge:
 Proven 3 years of experience in logistics projects in EVUs.

 Skills:
o Methodological Competence:
 Proven experience in business process analysis and design (at least 4 years).
 Experience in creating concepts for integrating IFM services into SAP PM,
particularly in railway companies.
o Presentation and Workshop Facilitation:
 At least 5 years of practical experience in presentation, evaluating and
presenting solution options, and organizing and conducting workshops.
